Author has written 20 stories for Religion, Love, Nature, Life, General, and Politics. Hello all, my name is Craig =) I'm 18, I live in Telford, England (a right dirty hole and an inspiration) and I've been writing poetry for about a year now. It is all usually based on my topsy turvy romantic relationships and, as such, they are usually gloomy. You'll probably find that all of my work is gloomy and that is because only my depressing work is any good =) I'm still in full time education, upper sixth form at Adams' Grammar in Newport (England, not Wales =P) I'm studying English Literature, History and Politics. I'm set to get straight A's at A-level, although thats something of a pipe dream. I'm looking at attending either Sheffield University or UEC in September, I can't wait to get out of Telford! My interests are music, music and music. I can't get enough of the stuff. It's like crack lol. I'm an emo/indie boy morethen anything else but I like a range of rocky bands.Interpol are without a shadow of a doubt my most favourite people on this world. I love them so much and they influence me immensely.Other bands:The Killers, The Strokes, Muse,Finch, Funeral For A Friend, Franz Ferdinand, The Ordinary Boys, Razorlight, Stellarstarr, Marilyn Manson (who is the inspiration for my screen name), Deftones, Brand New, Bright Eyes, Green Day,My Vitriol, Thrice,My ChemicalRomanceetc etc ad nauseum. BUT, I do have other interests. I like to read. I'm more of a "I love modern literature" person, 1984, Brave New World, everything by Irvine Welsh etc. I like to write, obviously. I prefer poetry to stories because I can't come up with anything interesting and new so if I just make it obscure and full of pretty colours and death then I can pass it off for poetry =P Those who have actually read all of this will be pleased to know..
