Author has written 30 stories for General, Fantasy, Life, General, Nature, Love, Haiku, and Essay. Hi!! I'm 18 and I love writing (obviously), reading, playing violin, singing (I don't really sing that well, but I love it), knitting, riding my bike, and lots of other things. I have recently been experimenting with free verse and more modern poetry, but my early poems are rhyming, if that is what you like. I turn to music for most of my inspiration, but weather and nature are also influential in my writing. My favorite poets include Tennyson, Byron, Billy Collins, Sylvia Plath and Ted Hughes. I highly reccomend them to everyone. My poem Evolution recently won a small poetry contest at my local library. Needless to say, I was overjoyed. I hope you will take the time to read it and drop a review. I generally write either poetry or short stories.
