Author has written 30 stories for Fantasy, Life, Young Adult, General, Spiritual, Love, War, Friendship, Humor, Family, and Nature. I've been writing for three years now. The funny thing is that I haven't finished one story yet, but instead have kept editing and revising about five stories for all that time! (The story, Chronicles of Life, is one of the stories that I've been working on for a while.) =) I'm thirteen, and will soon be fourteen(november 30! hehehee!!). I've gone to no schools that teach writing at a high level, but have taken lots of advice from my close friends. Writing is one of my loves so I hope to go far with it, and publish, but first I need to experience how other people feel about it. I have many hobbies which include, basketball, acting, studying French, writing (of course!), reading fantasy and historical fiction (weird combo huh?), reading comiqs (manga rocks!!!!), and watching anime on TV every Saturday night, and listening to soft rock music! (pop sucks and you know it!!!)I know, I sound like a dork, but hey I'm proud of it! :) I'm from the United States, and lived in the New England region my whole life. I live with my mom, dad, and little sister who is ten years old. My cousins live in Utah and California, except for two little counsins who live real close to me (they are annoying brats who always complain and are way too spoiled by my uncle!) My grandparents live close too. I have two grandmas, one grandpa, and one great grandma who I call grammy. My favorite authors are Avi, JK Rowling, D.J. MacHale, Laura Ingalls Wilder, Carolyn Meyer, Roald Dahl (heh heh, I know a bit childish but still he is the best!), Judy Blume (hey, she writes grown up books too!), and of course J.R.R. Tolkien. I like reading dark books too, like things about vampires, and demons...that's just the stuff that I'm into. I'm not goth or anything, not that I have anything against that, I just think about dark things...heeehheeee...happy things too...I'm not one of those weirdos who just go around all day saying, "life sucks, everything sucks, let's just all die to end our misery." actually most of the day I go around optimisticly, of least that's what my friends say. :) smiles...heeeeheeee Just to let you know, J.R.R. Tolkien is my idol and I worship him like a God! Lots of my ideas are based off of some of his stories! Most of my ideas are pretty original though, it's not like I copy everything! I have a boyfriend who I'm crazy about! A month ago. after going out for two months, we both told each other that we love each other, and shared our first kiss! Ok, so maybe it isn't love, but still he is all that I think about. A few of my stories are based off of our relationship, fyi. Most of my stories are based off of my life and the people around me. I also have many dreams and nightmares that I write about too sometimes. It's just that it's almost like if I don't write down my dreams, they will keep coming back to me at night. Ok, I know that sounds freaky, but it's the truth. So I hope you enjoy my stories and give an honest opinion on them. Just to let you know I don't mind honest criticism so let out your true feelings if you don't like something that I wrote and have a better suggestion about it!!! :) | |||||
