Author has written 17 stories for Love, Life, and Song. My life is my inspiration to write. My writings reflect love, pain, loss, confusion and happiness...ex-girlfriends, friends, family and new relationships. Coming out as a lesbian to everyone has been so difficult. Some of my writings reflect that. Its not easy but I have much pride for who I am. It's been a fulfilling year for me, finally coming to terms with who I am. The best words of advice that my father ever gave me was "never give up" To my boys...you guys are so wonderful and I love you guys! I can't tell you how appreciative I am of you guys being so unbelievably supportive me through my worst of times and how happy I am that you've been there with me through the best of times. When our lives get rough, we're always there for eachother and I just want you guys to know how much I love you. To Kristyn, you are the love of my life. I love you more today than I did yesterday. You're amazing and I look forward to our future. To Lauren, thank you for showing me the things that I don't need in my life. You hurt me and I'm rising above it and I just want you to know that someday you'll look back and wonder but by then, I'll be so far away from you. You are a friend and thats the extent of it...and sometimes I'm not even sure about that. To my mom and dad, I hope that you'll learn to accept me for who I am and not look at me with the disappointment and sadness in your eyes. You've raised me good and I like who I am...I want you to do the same. In the words of Sarah McLachlan..."mother can't you see I've got to live my life the way I feel is right for me...might not be right for you but its right for me." Lastly, to Adam...you're a fool for judging me the way that you do. Maybe if you knew me, you'd know that I like who I am and I'm not going to change because you think I'm ruining my life...maybe you should step back and re-evaluate yourself before ridiculing me. | |||||
