Chances are I am much older than a lot of you on this site, as are my ideas. I haven't actually written anything new in quite some time so anything I post is from several years ago and no, I have not bothered to edit it at all which means some things are quite juvenile and other things are just not formatted properly. However, I.do not.care.

One thing I cannot stand on this site is the wee ones who leave reviews that have no constructive criticism, but are simply ignorant (not as in rude, simply that you are young, immature, and stupid) rants about nothing. First and foremost what you have to remember is this is FICTION. In FICTION, the author has the power to do anything he or she wants. It is quite amazing. Characters can be unnaturally strong, they can perform feats no normal human ever could, and so on. Criticize content, grammar, and structure all you like, but when it comes to characters and their situations, back off, because you are then simply going off YOUR personal preference and guess what? It's not your story. Respect an author's decisions. If you feel necessary to share an opinion, do it in a polite way, or chances are you may receive a violent review on one of your works. I've seen it happen all the time. It's an easy concept to grasp if you possess half a brain. Thanks.
