A few things you should note, is that the stories posted here will most likely make any straight-and-narrow-Bible-following-no-questions-asked-person, a bit peeved to say the least. Some of these stories will be light and fluffy, and others quite morbid and depressing. But I feel I should use this time to explain the background of my stories...

I'm back from Europe! Well,I have been for several weeks now lol... But your next chapter is going to be up and going soon! But... Someone has brought to my attention that an author has a story similar to my poem "Deciet of Dolls" I'm aware of the wonderful author who was nice enough to write a story based on my poem WITH my permission, but this other author even has a line that is sickenly similar to the first line of my poem...And sadly uses the exact same premiss as my poem was made more. I'm kinda hoping this was an honest mistake and just amazing similarityand I don't want to rush over there and start accusing another writer as stealing my poem (which they probably didn't) but it does make me uneasy. I mean, wouldn't it bother you? If you happen to see a story that is similar to my poem as well, please let me know so I can actually go see for myself! It would be very appreciative : ) thanks! |..|..|..|Questions about Antithesis|..|..|..|

What is Antithesis? It is the title of the collection of short stories based on the fall of Lucifer from Heaven written by me, M. Williams under the pen name Lucifer’s Sonata.
Why did I write this? Way back when I was in the second grade, I learned the watered down version of when the angel Lucifer fell from Heaven. The story bugged me for many reasons, and now, hundreds : P of years later I decided to write about it. This story is one that is not described in great detail throughout the Bible. St. Thomas A. questioned this story as well, and many theologians in other religions do as well.
Is there a difference between the short stories? Not any major ones. I do not change the fact that Lucifer is no longer in Heaven or that he was God’s favorite angel. Also I do not change the fact that he is responsible for the temptation of Eve in the garden of Eden or that he tempted Jesus in the desert.
What religion am I? I happen to be a Roman Catholic (or just plain ol’ Catholic). My mom happens to be New American Baptist and my father is the otherCatholic one in the family (other than myself and his side lol). As far as being a ‘religious’ family, I would consider us to be. But my dad and I are definitely not the poster people for the Catholic Church. As far as my beliefs are concerned, I am open to many, many things, but be it known that I am pro-choice, pro-same sex marriages, I don’t mind people having premarital sex (though I personally want to wait till I am), and a lot of other things that my religion sort of frowns upon. But, I am in no way spiteful or mean to people who have different views or beliefs, because I expect the same deal of respect for my beliefs.
Am I Devil worshiper? ….. Not in anyway... genius. The problem is that I have this overwhelming need to question the story surrounding the fall of Lucifer. Currently I do sympathize and almost feel great distressfor the devil. I’ve been told by only one person that this was alright and guess what? He was priest!! so I decided to continue with my questioning and try and sort things out through my stories.
Will any of the stories have sequels? Maybe… I want to get through the main stories that will be found in Antithesis. Okyday??

Dark's Light- Title of a story that takes place many years after the fall of Lucifer. This will cause much confusion as to what exactly am I trying to write. Well, this story will be a hands down romance... This will also, more than likely, be the most sacrilegious story of mine because there are some slight underlying themes between God and Lucifer that otherwise…er… isn’t exactly something that should ever be said in the presence of the Pope or other super religious persona. So, I’m hoping anyone who does decide to read this story, that they are open to m/m relationships, lots of death, angst, romance, humor, and over all inaccuracy when it comes to Biblical terms. I’m making this because I have another theory about what happened AFTER the fall of Lucifer and I don’t want to include it in the Antithesis stories.

"Deceit of Dolls": A poem I decided to post. I'm quite fond of this poem actually...lol I'm not sure why, I mean I know it is poorly written but I just like the idea of it is all. Please let me know what you think about it.

"Sun Rises To Set": A poem and lament dedicated to a little boy who was expected to die two weeks after I had written the poem. I expect that he has already died sadly... But a miracle may have occured and he is still striving to survive. Either way, his death is/will be a result of a brian tumor that had recently taken away his eyesight. I wrotethis for him as well as any child who knows that they are going to die at an early age. It is difficult to do things when you know your death has found a date and it should never be pressed upon a child....
