Black Hellebore\\ an enigma revealed

Well, I’m hardly an enigma. In fact, the only thing I like talking about more than myself is stuff I know. Random facts that serve no one any good, mostly. Occaisionly, I come out with something that will serve a purpose somewhere besides Jeopardy!. Then again....

Some of my stories are based on these weird facts; most aren’t. I can’t tell you for sure since I pretty much have no idea what I’m trying to say at any given time. I don’t really know until the final revisive edit I make as a cursory attempt to edit-train myself. Hasn’t work too well.

Uh... Here’s some stats on me!

Name: Meren (did you expect something real?)
Age
: Indeterminate. No, jesting with you. 14.
Gender: Guess. Just guess.
Best Feature: My eyes? -_-
Music: My Chemical Romance, Nirvana, Fall Out Boy, HIM, White Stripes (do they count? I only like Seven Nation Army....), GREEN DAY, and PANIC! At the Disco.
Books: STEPHEN KING!, Dean Koontz (and various psyeudonyms), anything by Anne Bishop, Dave Eddings, JAQUELINE CAREY! and..... random manga.
Show: Avatar: The Last Airbender. o_o Leave me alone.
Favorite Saying: “Orange mocha frappichino!”—Tre Cool
Spouse(s): Jordan (hah! wifeh!), and Zuko (faints)

Most of my stories don’t make much sense. That’s okay; I’ll fix them some day ::waves hand negligantly:: Oh. Yeah. Meet the team that make my work possible!

Jien: (That’s yee-ehnn. Oh, go Iceland!) My unofficial muse and general side-kick, he serves as an revision editor and logic grounder (sometimes). He’s rather picky about his food, and he’s pretty obsessed with music. He plays the lute, oud, bass(guitar), guitar(electric and acoustic), sitar, harp, dulcimer, wind chimes, vibes, piano, recorder, harmonica, kazoo, whistling, and saxaphone. I haven’t yet bothered to ask where he learned all of those.

Imi: The scribe I hired and haven’t yet fired, he is currently working on a data-retrival system that might actually work. Generally, he’s chained to the desk because he’s addicted to poker and has the weird urge to play it under the couch... with typo-demons.... Hmm...

Becky: Someone who actually exists, she spurs me on by forcing me to write for fear of my life. She’s a wonderful writer herself, but sometimes kinda lazy... or, uninspired... ::secretively:: Don’t
tell her, but I got her a muse for Christmas! Meet Îrithkøwynæl, the dancing, singing, elf with a passion for... Shiny-objects? ::Irithy plays happily with Meren’s class ring::
Meren: Oh, right. I don’t have a class ring.
(Irithy vanishes in a puff of memory, bow still attached)
(Casey, Peter, Shawn, Ben, Andrea, Steff, Steph, and Cammie make up the rest of my Creative Writing class.)

The Typo-Demons: They are far from helpful, but they interact with me enough that I decided to put them in El Profile; Gorut, Cthag, Hagga, Urga, Verkat, Mardu, Cantra, Catha, Djun, and Happy.

Shale: I don’t know what he does. He’s just... here ::cue X-Files music::

Black Hellebore’s Guide to Life\\ it’s back! again!

1. Eat a diet of strict heath bars and root beer.
2. Always have a notebook on you. You never know when an idea will hit, and you must be prepared for capture.
3. Ignore anything related to math whenever it is forced on you.
4. Blab random facts whenever the mood takes you.
5. Repeatedly proclaim that John Munch, and Greg (from CSI) are “yours,”and that Yul Brynner is going to rule the world. Someday.
6. Attempt to relate everything to Dark Jewels Trilogy.
7. Play “Seven Nation Army,” all day, everyday. Even when the blisters begin to form.
8. Sing the praises of the Discovery Channel. Constantly.
9. Tell everyone about how you’re married to Prince Zuko from Avatar: The Last Airbender*. Vividly descibe the “sex.”
10. Read whenever and wherever possible. Yes, even on ladders.
