Hey, thanks for visiting my profile page!

Some basic info: I'm a 19 year old college student, currently majoring in English and hopefully minoring in History soon (yep, I write a LOT of papers). I'm focusing on teaching, since that's what I want to do, and since that salary isn't the most stable in the world, I'm hoping to write a novel to help me out. Heh.
I'm a moderate when it comes to politics; I agree with some issues on one side, some on the other. As for the environment, I think if we don't do something to fix our epic mistakes, we're all screwed (Please: turn off lights when you leave a room, don't run the water when you're not using it...little things can make a difference).
And lastly, I live for God and Jesus Christ.

Let's see...
Thumbs up to: movies, computers, books, SUNGLASSES, video games, animals (killer whales, wolves, horses)

T.V shows:
ER (been watching for over 10 years now), FIREFLY, CHUCK, THE OFFICE, Family Guy, Boy Meets World, Heroes, Whose Line Is It Anyway

Movies (I don't really have a favorite, but here are some I never get sick of watching): All Pixar movies, Serenity, X-Men, Bourne movies, Back to the Future, Iron Man, Forrest Gump, About a Boy, The Princess Bride, Boondock Saints, Remember the Titans, The Breakfast Club

Books: no favorites here either, but I recently read the latest Artemis Fowl book, the Time Paradox, and let me say...those books are so good. Funny and smart and I love them :)

Random fact that I am super proud of: (major bragging alert..) I play on the Expert level of Guitar Hero, and I'm freakin' good. :D

While I love writing, I think I enjoy coming up with ideas the most. I've always thought I would have fun writing storyboards for movies because I think developing ideas is almost more fun than actually writing them on paper. But of course, writing is how the story comes alive, so I love to write.

I like romance and fantasy the best, but I also enjoy suspense and mystery every so often. Poetry is not my friend at all; I'm much more prone to fiction. But I took a creative writing class in college which forced me to write poems as assignments, so my appreciation for poetry has definitely increased.

Anyway, thanks for stopping by!
