I had to delete What I did for Summer Vacation. The second edition of Young Voices of Loudon County is coming out soon, and that story is going to be in it. Yaysers! I won, too - 200 - and it might get made into a short play.
Yop, this is my homepage-lookup-whatsitcalled.
If I was totally honest with myself, I'd probably admit that this is more of a backup for my stories than anything else - but I'm not honest with myself, so reviews are appriciated.
A little about my stories (Off the top of my head):
The Librarian: The Library is the culmination of every idea humankind has ever had. Every story, every god, every stray thought and eureka; everything is in the Library. It is run by Librarians, minor characters stolen from their stories, each with their own function... Liberis and Scribe are two of these Librarians. When a villain escapes from the worst story ever told - a story with no happy ending - it's up to Scribe and Liberis to put him back. For NaNoWriMo, except not becuase I doubt my finishing-in-time abilities...
Lakegirl: In progress. I've been working on this for about six years - I REFUSE to give up on this story, since this is the first story I actually fell in love with. However, don't expect regular updates.
Niki's life has gone down the drain lately. Her dad's gay, her mom killed herself, and since she'd living with her dad now she had to move to Michigan. The only person that seems to talk to her is a total idiot - Niki's only solace is in her conversations with a mysterious woman that she meets by the shores of Lake Eerie... On hiatus, due to writer's block.
Windchime: Finished! Before I send it off to an editor, I'm going through and editing it...
Chime has been stuck in the desert for as long as she has been alive - and she's wanted to get out for even longer. But she's fourteen, and all hope rests on her getting her driver's license in two years. Then, while she's out exploring, she sees a human-shaped lump in the sands, burned with weird injuries. His name is Caleb, and he's not exactly from around here...
Earthchime: In progress, sequel to Windchime... (Spoilers, people!)
It's been a year since Chime's father died. She's the ruler of Kaler now, but she's not acting like it. She still blames herself for her father's death, and her search for closure brings an entirely new plot into perspective... I'm editing the first one, so this is on hiatus.
The Marliana Document: . My pet story, sort of the center of all the others. They all relate to it somehow. MAJOR rewrite work going on. I'm going to take this story down - yes, again - because I'm taking two of the characters out of the first two books, putting them back in a minor characters in the third, and continuing on that way. And I added a new character, Eric. And... Well, you'll see. The entire story's changed.
Marliana is a princess with a well-known secret - she's immortal, and her father disowned her when he found it out. But a thousand years later she finds an old freind who she saw die, whisking her away into an adventure beyond what even she can imagine... On hiatus, due to a comatose laptop.
The Daemonicus Trilogy (Daria is the first one, and Jarren the second): Rewriting this one, since this was the first story I put up here. A few years ago. I like the story, and Daria, but I dunno how long it's gonna be. On hiatus.
Alone: Random story. It's sort of tied into my Marliana Document stories - Thirin is Allie's (and Marci's) ex-crush, Mirinae a retired torturer, etc. I haven't written it in forever. Thinking about deleting it. I don't like it much.
Ethriel: Ethriel's an eighth grade girl, and lil' miss unpopular. One day she can't take it anymore and runs off out of the blue. That night, she has a strange dream - and when she wakes up... Again, haven't worked on it in forever. Unless I get an inspiration, nothing's happening soon... It's an older story, and I'm not too fond of it... So I'm probably gonna delete this one, too.
Let Me Be: Will delete as soon as I quit being lazy. I don't like this story at all.
Gold and Pearls and a Sapphire Jewel: See above.
Lil about me?
Age: 16
Gender: Girl.
Name: Alexandra. Everyone calls me Alix or Allie.
Looks like: Piffle.
Writes: Fantasy, SciFi, some real stuff but not much. Reality is verily muchly overrated.
Religion: Nontheist of the atheistic persuasion.
Aspirations: Novelist! Or Ichthyologist (Did I spell it right?), since I wanna study sharks.
Favorite Characters of mine: Generalla Alexandra Biblia Lewis of the Tri-Arm (Duh), Daria Yallen, Liberis, Scribe, Scribit, Tarn Yallen, Windwhisper, Lerilian of Maskil'anim, Eric, Chime, and Rand of Melliae. Oh, and the Seven. They're minor characters, but they are so much fun!
Least Faves (Sorry, guys!): Caleb's dad, Queen Liana Silve'Rexia of Maskil'anim, Mali, and Daemonicus. Daemonicus may be confusing, since Daria's on the list above, but that's just how my mind works.
Other places I exist: Well, not fanfiction.net, sorry. But I am darkdaria713 on deviantART. That's it for now. I don't do Myspace. Hiss.

Janet Taylor Lisle (I grew up on her books)
Jules Verne
Music - anything that isn't discriminatory, dumb, or religious. Mad love for the Beatles and Vienna Teng, though. Lennon is my hero.
Stuff that annoys me - Order, Steryotypes (Not the practice of steryotyping, but the people who are steryotypes. They're too damn normal), Pink, School. People who write for money, not the love of the art.
Stuff I luvs - Books (duh), Pens, Classical music, Politics, Rock music, Journals, and video games.

And I shall leave you with a Random Poem of No Importance...
Your Grandma
Drooled Uncontrollably
On her birthday
Hanging from a tree
While it rained... Hamsters!
Thank you. Goodnight.
