Mudveins Given Name: Paul Michael Reid Now you've got the tech stats of the troll we'll move on shall we? I've always been an avid writer, I was a diaryist during my first year of college, a poet in the subsequent two and a failed novellist since I was 12. I had always beleived my muse was the absence of one and to an extent I was probably right, all the stuff I wrote when I was in a relationship was utter tosh. Up until now, for I appear to have reached an interesting plateau. I do have a beloved girlfriend, I'm very much in love once again (third time's the charm eh? Don't sigh like that, if all goes west you'll get another one of my dark and nasty patches which seem so well received) but I'm a few hundred miles away from her, so I've got all the inspiration of a living muse plus all the embittered power of crushing loneliness. While this is playing havoc with my psyche it's thoroughly improved my writing. So here I stand once more, I've grown up so much since I joined here with the ND account (which is locked so I can't get into it) at the tender age of 16, I've been through so much and dragged you all through it with me via my verse. I will be reposting my original back catalogue because it may be a long time before I write something I don't delete in a fit of rage a day later. They will be posted as anthologies, each poem being a different chapter of one story and one final poem I penned after I lost the use of the internet. I've also restarted my prose work, Hairy Knuckles is going slowly forth and the Fragmentals are growing every now and again. With any (bad) luck I will evetually finish writing some of the story of Ekai, hopefully that will attract some attention. Ekai's chapter is up. Hairy Knuckles has progressed a lot faster than I had expected and I'm rather enjoying the chance to write without rhyme. I don't usually write prose but it's nice to break the mould (when you stagnate from boredom the way I do mould is a serious problem). Well I'm off to a flying stop with Ekai and no new fragmentals have presented themselves so Hairy Knuckles is all I've got (I said that alot even before I wrote this story). Hairy Knuckles has exploded, with 3 new chapters penned and a final plan for where the story goes it's looking good. I had a major muse spike so there's a bunch of new content including the long awaited (by me anyway) volume five anthology being begun, I'd been meaning to put the first two up since I re found them a while ago when suddenly three more burst forth from the back of my head and made a nice little set that I can store my new gear in. Also a new fragmental up so fill your boots boys and girls, Jurgen Q Mudveins literary shit merchant is back in business. JQM, literary shit merchant is now back out of business, got a job that steals most of my time, a second job that steals some more, a girlfriend who takes most of the rest and occasionally I sleep. Life is now not best suited to creative endeavours but worry not, once I'm free from the curse of the 40+ hour week I'll be at college again, you know what that means don't you?
