Author has written 28 stories for Religion, Family, General, Life, Fantasy, General, and Love. My name is Dave, I live in Kutztown Pennsylvania. I was born into a Christian family, but last November I made the decision to entirely give me life over to the Lord. I am now a born again believer, which is the inspiration for much of my writing. I only started writing regularly about a year ago, but it wasn't until a few weeks ago that I started to express myself and my ideas more prominantly in my writing. GoldenOne would know what I'm talking about, she is the one who showed me this site and got me "out of the writer's closet" so to speak... : ) Well, I'm not one to talk all day about myself so thats all for now. Feel free to let me know what you think of my writing, and I hope you get to know more about me through my pieces. - Dave ps. a note to those of you who read my work: some poems will seem like i have everything together, like my life is perfect. the poems about my faith, my God, and things like that may be slightly deceptive. i'm far from perfect, and some of my poetry relfects the other side of me. please understand i am still human. i try to put my life in God's hands as often as i can, but occasionally you will see a piece of writing thats very cynical, depressed, or angry. hopefully a few days later you will see me rejoicing in the truth my God gives when things go wrong. pps: if you have ever sent me an email, i apologize, because i NEVER check it. its not even mine, its my moms lol, so, sorry. | |||||
