About my works:
I've really been working on spending more time writing, and less time chatting. It's kind of hard though, when you need to ask some advice about what to write. I've also been dealing with constant writers' block, so that also makes updating a bit of a pain. I have some new story ideas, so be on the look out for new stories! I'm taking a break from my usual fantasy/romancy sort of stuff, and trying my hand at some mystery/historical fiction. Anyway...

My sleep cycle is totally messed up right now, thanks to grad night last Thursday, so I'm (almost) completely awake right now. I've noticed that I get some of my best writing done in the wee hours of the morning, so that's okay. I've started two (or more...I can't keep track) new projects. One is historical fiction beginning in Nauvoo in 1846 (the idea actually came from a family member), the other is historical fiction-ish. Girl goes with family to Philly, gets lost on a tour of Independence Hall, somehow makes her way into the bell tower, falls asleep, wakes up in 1775. Kinda sci-fi, but not really. It's not like it was a time warp or anything. I don't know. Any feedback would be welcome!

While I've been sitting at home feeling sorry for myself--I didn't get asked to Prom...again--I've been working on a new story. It all came about by an assignment I got from my Creative Writing teacher. We had to write a letter to ourselves, and that got me thinking. What if someone wrote a letter to herself and actually got a reply?

I decided that I would give posting NoHK a shot. I don't know if I'll change my mind about it, but I decided that I might as well try it for a while. I'll update when I have the time. I hope that it's enjoyed.

I've had a new idea for a story, and would like opinions on it. Here's the blurb...kind of.:
A silver stake and a wooden bullet? Talk about mythology gone haywire.
The idea is just a story where everything we knew, or thought we knew, about mythology gets turned inside out and upside down. A vampire can only be killed by a silver stake, and you can guess about the wooden bullet. Somehow the main characters will have to figure out a way to survive in this new topsy-turvy world.

This will only be of interest to those people who had the opportunity to read BFF? before I took it down. I have now finished my first draft of Not of Her Kind--that is to say BFF?. It's possible that sometime in the future I may re-post it, so keep watching!
After debating about it in my mind for months, I've decided that it would be more worthwhile to remove BFF? from FictionPress. The only people who really watch what's going on are...well...the only person I can think of is SoccerFreak. I'm sorry to those of you who started it and will never get to finish reading it, but that's the way that it goes. I hope that this won't keep you from reading some of my other stuff. Thanks to all who read/reviewed it.
The Spiral Notebook- I'm really sorry that I haven't updated on this in like, forever, I just really want to bet BFF? done. I have a couple more chapters, but they need some major revising before I post them, so just be patient, please.
Twin Sense: TaeLynn- Well...I still can't really do anything on this, even though I know exactly what I want to do. I have to talk to Lauren, and she's always at work, so the work on this has been paused for the time being. I hope to be able to work on it some more very soon!
Dreams Into Reality: I've actually been working on this for a while, but I figured what the heck, why not post it! Right now I have the first few chapters done, and I'm working on the prologue, just to give a little bit of background information. I hope you like this just as much as I do!
The Garden: I do have more of this done, but I just haven't found the time to update. Sorry!
Sandman: I've been working on this for a while, and I'm about 1/4 done. I'll post it as soon as I really have time. To give you a little preview... It's about a girl who belongs to two worlds. The world of dreams and magic, and the world where magic exists, but isn't really a good thing to have, or have knowledge of. She doesn't know her destiny until not long after her sixteenth birthday, when the Sandman comes to her, and throws her into an enchanted sleep, where the fate of two worlds lies in her hands.
About me:
Looking at my profile you can tell that I'm kind of lazy. I'm too lazy to actually completely redo the "About me" portion, so I just update and add as I feel like it. I guess my friend David is contageous. "I'm too lazy to (insert action) so I (insert opposite action)." Normally he'll say something like, "I'm too lazy to stand, so I sit" or "I'm too lazy to be tired, so I run." Make sense to you? It does to me every once in a while.
Erm...well...I like to read, write, sing, practice guitar and piano...erm...talk on the phone...I'm 18 (finally!) going on 21...j/k...erm...my school colors are teal black and silver...my best friends names are Ben, Taliah, TaeLynn, Jeff(sometimes), McKay, and Lauren. I also have tons of other really great friends; way too many to mention here. Some of them are Rachel, Arrianne, and David. Oh yeah, how can I forget my "big brother" Ray? I mostly write realistic YA fiction and fantasy, and a little historical fiction...I'm one of the few girls that don't think Orlando Bloom is the hottest guy on the planet...and I love to write.
Okay...Interests:
Reading, writing, music, etc. I love most music, just not hard rock, punk, or rap. I'll read almost anything that's put in front of me, and I write whenever I get the chance. I really want to be an author, or journalist because it's what I do best.

Same as above, more or less. Except I LOVE to talk on the phone.
