People constantly ask me what significance "CircleStream" is to me, since it's my screenname at other places as well. In all honesty, it's just two random words that I pretend have poetic symbolism to me, when it actually doesn't. I'll admit, it's somewhat cynical saying it like that, but the truth.

As for my "real" name, it's Tara. It's Celtic, supposedly meaning high tower -- and probably the one of worst meanings of a name known to mankind. I get a lot of creative spellings for my name, many of which would change my name's meaning to "ground" or "Earth" -- not exactly better from the original -- but I'm used to it by now. If you like my fake name all the more, feel free to call me Circle. It's not as formal. ;)

I'm a write-a-story-in-5,000-words-or-less type of writer. I like ordinary situations, plots, and settings, and I like lots of character depth. Interesting people make fiction all the more amazing. Blame my psychology teacher from 10th grade who started this in me.
