Author has written 20 stories for Fantasy, Humor, Humor, Romance, Haiku, General, Horror, Action, Fantasy, Life, Historical, and Essay.

I suppose this is an "about me" section like on any other site.

Online I go by several names but I'm usally either Yourgporyourhp or Alivion. I'm 19 (i.e most likely older than you) and I'm in college. When I write a make a conscious effort to spell and punctuate properly. I also know what poetry actually is and I don't try to pass off crappy prose devided into lines as "free verse". I also recognise that I am by no means a master of literature. I'm an amature, a n00b, and I know better than to pretend that I'm not.

I also understand the rating system. If a work is rated K that doesn't nesecarily mean that the intended audience is small children. It just means that the work includes nothing that a small child would be harmed by reading. Therefore, many of my works are rated K or K+ when the intended audience is older people who can apreciate complicated humor.

I run off lots of caffeine. I drink at least two cups of coffee and an energy drink every day, and that's the very minimum. I normally have about three or four cups of coffee and two energy drinks a day. Caffiene is my muse, when I'm not hypercaffinated I'm way to logical and reasoning (not to mention sleepy) to produce art of any kind.

Most of what I write is silly. I've tried serious stuff many times but it always either turns out stupid or silly. When I intend to make something silly it's usually VERY silly. Someday I'm going to make a serious story work but in the meantime I'm an author of parodies and random comedy. One of my favorite things to do is take a serious author or genre that's very recognisable and precisely imitate it but add a twist or suprise ending that makes it funny.

I'm taking a creative writing class this semester (Spring 2007) so my writing should improve a lot. If it doesn't, I'm more a n00b than I thought I was.
