I'm a starving college student with the hilarious notion of one day becoming an author. I am the cliche, the over-told story, the broken record. I am the product of the time during Career Day in the 1st grade when my teacher told us all that we could be whatever we wanted to be. I apparently chose that day that I wanted to be a starving artist.

I feel very passionate about several things in my life, and since I have a profile page I can share them with you.

Writing This kind of goes without saying if I'm even on this site. I've been writing since the 2nd grade, and I have won awards for my poetry and fiction writing since then. I have tried to write three or four novels - two have been completed but never published... and probably never will be. This is simply because, as soon as I'm finished writing a story, I immediately chuck it because I know that it's a mess. I will refrain from doing this from here on out. I hope.

Reading Sadly, I have not had time since I entered into college to read the books that I want to. Still, I do like curling up with a light novel whenever the opportunity presents itself.

My Boyfriend That's right. I'm making a shout-out to my honey. Call it silly, but I'm twitter-pated and I have a profile page, so by golly I'm going to write about him. He's sweet, super hot, ridiculously funny, and I've had a crush on him since I met him in high school. He's my own personal fairy tale. At the time of the posting of this profile, I've been going out with him for a week shy of seven months. I only get to see him for a few days every 2 - 4 months because we live in different states, so the fact that he still sticks with me leaves me in awe. Needless to say, in the stories I post on here involving a romantic relationship the guys slightly resemble him in one way or another.

Music Though not currently participating in any group producing music, I have been involved in multiple choirs in the past and still highly enjoy singing. I have held solos in performances, and I've even written and sung my own song in front of a live audience. Once I can afford one, I plan on purchasing an acoustic guitar so that I might progress in the musical arts. I heavily envy all those who are musically inclined, but with my envy also comes respect. Props to you who stuck through practicing instruments.
