'Sup, my ninjas? Skoonie-san here to tell you about myself...which won't take long, frankly.

Real Name: Guess.

Age: 16

Marital Status: Single

Dream: To create something that inspires someone to create something--whether it be a video game, comic, anime, book, cartoon, or otherwise. Being inspired by hundreds of things over my short lifetime, I had always wondered: Do the people who make these brilliant works ever wonder if their work will inspire others to make something better? Do they look foward to it? That's what I want do. Inspire people to birth their own works into the world, to dare them to make something better than what I've made. A bit strange, yes, but that's what I want to do.

Likes: watching comedy movies, watching anime, reading manga, playing video games (World of Warcraft rox my sox off!), acting cool (even though I'm not), daydreaming, thinking up quirky characters (this explains Rachel Logan--more on that later), and listening to Green Day and Nickelback (my favorite bands ever).

Dislikes: Bush, crappy voice acting (I don't mean the so-bad-its-funny kind--I mean the so-bad-it'll-make-you-puke kind), seeing great shows/movies turned into crappy video games (I'm talking to you, Inuyasha: Feudal Combat!!), people knocking at my bedroom door (it gets annoying after a while), cats (they're plotting agianst us--I KNOW IT!!! shifty eyes), bands that suck (obviously), Bush, Bush, and, oh, let me think...BUSH!!

Favorite Anime/Manga: Naruto (my all-time fave), Avatar: The Last Airbender (Is it a cartoon or an Anime?), Rurouni Kenshin, Beet the Vandal Buster, Bleach, Inuyasha (both the anime and manga), Kekkaishi (You probably don't know about this one, but e-mail me if you do), .hack (the graphic novel, not the manga--those sucked a$$!), many others...

Favorite Hobbies: Writing fiction stories (again, obviously), playing video games, listening to music, walking around in circles (I literally do this--just come by my house and you'll probably see me walking laps around my yard. It helps me think, BTW), others you don't need to know about (cackles evily) :)

MUST READS--A few must reads for all who love fantasy:

The Tempest Team by Anya Tempest:

A cool superhero story that centers around 6 teenagers and their fights with cool powers, witty banter (the one thing they have up on the Teen Titans), and cool villans. If you want action, adventure, romance, and angst--all with a hint of lemony fresh taste (that was a play on Anya's bro's summary, BTW), read this story. It'll make you laugh, cry, and laugh some more. Episodes 1 and 2 are out currently, but the third will come out sometime in the future (near future, hopefully).

The Triune by Red Pheonix:

A traditional 'prophesized heros save the world' fic with untraditional heros. Jay, Kyrie, and Lynz are heros prophezied to save their world from a very evil guy, blah, blah, blah, yadda, yadda, yadda...you've heard it all before. What this story does REALLY well is the characters' personality and power development. Sure, the chpts are short, but that just makes reading it a lot more suspensful (I can't STAND cliffhangers! Their plotting against us, I KNOW the are!! shifty eyes). Still incomplete, but it's coming down to the wire, folks!

Advocate by Kitai Matsuru:

In a word: ASTOUNDING!!! This is, by far, one of the BEST stories I have read so far on FicPress!! Everything about this story is perfect, from the characters, to the guildlines (Yes, there are certain guildlines to writing fantasty fics), to the world, to the magic, to...well...EVERYTHING! A must read for fantasy fans. The story centers around Matt Celentis, a rich and powerful sorceror who's searching for mystical talismans to kill his worst enemy; Sarah, the thief with an able mind (which she doesn't exactly use too much early in the story--you'll see what I mean when you read) and an eye for treasures; and Davin, a bounty hunter with great skills. Together, they face a great evil known as Reivin (one of the best villans I've ever seen, though he's a bit cookie-cutterish), an ancient evil created by the devil himself. All in all, a great read. It's sequal (Advocate: The Last Judgement) is out and about, but I suggest you read the first to see what's going on.
