Author has written 10 stories for General, General, Supernatural, and Life.

Here's a little bit about me. I'm Amber, duh. I like to write in my free time and hope to one day get published. I'm currently a freshmen college student living in Philadelphia. Reading and writing are my biggest passions, but unfortunately for me, I'm majoring in Political Science. Urban fantasy, dark fiction, and post-modern pieces are what interest me most. I also really enjoy poetry. If anyone has anything resembling my favorite authors or poets, feel free to drop me a line asking me to check you out. I will. :) As a side note, I have a lot of stuff on here the predates the New Year. Going back, it's pretty bad, so try to concentrate on anything I've written that has 2008 in the date. Thanks!

Favorite Authors: Patrica Briggs, Kim Harrison, Charlaine Harris, Mark Danielewski, Chuck Palahniuk, Will Christopher Baer, Kelley Armstrong, Stephen King, Jim Butcher, and Craig Clevenger.
Favorite Poets: Sylvia Plath, Louise Gluck, Sharon Olds, Walt Whitman, Anne Sexton

If you want to contact me, my AIM is Better Than G0lf. I always like networking with other aspiring writers. :)

Currently Working On:

The Child of Lilith

One more chapter will probably make it complete. It's meant to be a relatively short story, and my first dive in a long time into the genre of the supernatural. Hopefully people enjoy reading what I have so far. It's pretty graphic, but the writing is something I'm somewhat proud of. If anyone has any constructive criticism (especially concerning my dialogue) please let me know. I'm thick-skinned, I promise.
