Author has written 7 stories for Fantasy, Supernatural, and General.

Defn. Dinuriel: proper noun. A high-school aged Canadian female responsible for such messes as Falcons of Napyra, Fuzzball, Pretty Little Evening Star, Catch a Falling Star, and, of course, the notorious Tales from the Faerie Court series. Dinuriel is a socially-awkward person with few, but very good friends and an unfortunate tendacy to repel men. Upon first glance, she appears to be fairly ditzy and stupid because she has no idea how to talk to people, but it has been revealed that her lowest first semester mark was an 87. She enjoys little "mini parties" with her friends, but hates large parties because she hates conversing with more than five people at a time and is often ignored for hours on end. Dinuriel enjoys video games, watching/playing hockey, watching TV, and making out with hot guys.

Things to love: Calgary Flames (Matthew Lombardi- HOTNESS!), guys, sitcoms

Things to hate: suck-ups, school, most other NHL teams (particularly Tampa Bay, Edmonton, and Anahiem)

Good artists: Green Day, Evanescence, Sum 41, All American Rejects, Alien Ant Farm, Hoobastank, Fall Out Boy, Three Days Grace, Hinder, My Chemical Romance, Red Hot Chili Peppers

Bad artists: Hilary Duff, Rod Stewart, Sarah McLaughlin, Bryan Adams, Paris Hilton

Favorite Shows: Friends (always funny), Seinfeld (again, always funny), Lost (awesome and mysterious... yum, Josh Holloway...), House (funny and informative, and Chase is hot), CSI (brilliant), MASH (sooooo funny), Grey's Anatomy (Patrick Dempsey, yummy, yummy)

Favorite Movies: Lord of the Rings (awesomeness), Shrek (soooo funny), Pirates of the Caribbean (Captain Jack Sparrow!), Monty Python and the Holy Grail (just the best movie ever)

Favorite Books: hmm... I know this may sound like blasphemy on a fiction site, but I really don't like reading that much. Ever since I got into writing, every time I've picked up a book I've felt like a parasite, feeding off someone else's ideas and creativity. I don't know, it's weird.

Favorite Manga: Othello, FMA, Demon Diary, Gravitation, Ouran High School Host Club

Favorite Anime: FMA

Favorite Comics: Calvin and Hobbes, Zits

Favorite Webcomics: Dominic Deegan (www.dominic-deegan.com) seriously, Mookie is a genius.

Check out my friends- FlamingDoritos, icycheetos, Witchking of Angmar, Ebithril, Googer, FantasyFlyer

I don't update often, just as a warning. Not enough time, really. Or reviews (hint)...

Fic Status:

Falcons of Napyra (Rated T for violence, suggestive themes, and tense family scenes): Meh... taking a while, but still going at it. I have tons of stuff for Amaron to do, but zilch for Gabrien.

Tales From the Faerie Court:

1. Other Side of the Sky (Rated T for suggestive themes and language): FINISHED!

2. Carsaion's Nightmare (Rated T for suggestive themes and language): FINISHED!

3. Morning Moon Rises (Rated T for suggestive themes and language): Coming along, but suffering from a now very LARGE touch of third-book writer's block. The third book is ALWAYS the hardest. I currently have the most ideas for the eighth, which is weird.

Definite sequels (titles subject to change):

4. Scrolls of the Sun Lord

5. The Weeping Tree

6. Sword of Blood Lake

7. As Night Takes Over

8. Behind the Black Curtain

9. Princess of Stars

10. This Fading Twilight

Catch a Falling Star (Rated T for inaccurate descriptions/implications/representations of religious beliefs): Haven't given up, but it's taking a while. It's hard writing Heaven.

Fuzzball (Rated T for some supernatural violence and language): Working on it. Frustrated because I'm trying to explore my secondary plotline just enough so that it's still relevant, but not so much that it's boring and it's difficult finding the perfect amount.

Pretty Little Evening Star (Rated T for inaccurate descriptions/implications/representations of religious beliefs): Meh... coming. The guy's kind of mean, I'm debating giving him a soft side sooner than I'd plan, but at this point in the story that's probably bad for the plot.

If you read my stuff, please review, even if you didn't enjoy it. I am not opposed to recieving flames as long as you specifically point out what it was you didn't like about the story. I always try to return reviews (might take a while, but that's my policy), even flames (although if I find something I don't like about the story, I will say something about it, but I will also tell you how I think you can improve it), but I can't guarantee I'll get around to it. If you review me and I don't review you, feel free to remind me. I hope this is fair to you all.
Things I Hate in Fics (if any of you used these techniques somehow, I don't necessarily hate your fics, I just find these elements a little irksome)

· When the main character swears off the opposite sex. This kills any chance of any romance (except slash, but I only really like mild yaoi occasionally) in the book, which, in a word, sucks.

· If the book is all symbolism. If you want to say something, then say it, don’t write a frickin seven-hundred page novel. Books should be pure fiction and nothing else.

· When the main character is absolutely perfect. This will be the death of the Harry Potter series as we know it. If the main character has to be good at everything, at least make him unlucky or miserable.

· When the main character is a perfect goody-goody. Goody-goody characters never lead to a good plot. At least one of the main characters should be a rebel.

· No death. Could you at least kill one character, please?

· Trashing teen love. Teen love is just as valid as any other kind of love- more so, because teens can’t get divorced. Although, most real life teens seem to confuse love and lust...

· Lack of hot guys. This kills books, movies, TV shows, and life alike.

· Super-dependent main character. The character should at least be able to think for themselves.

· Absolutely perfect romance where the people have always loved each other. Give them some animosity, please!!! Or at least a huge obstacle in their relationship.

· Overly serious. A joke every once and a while wouldn’t kill anyone, really.
