Author has written 5 stories for General, and Life. What is poetry? Is poetry the words that rhyme? If so I have seen poems that have been published and have no words that rhyme. I believe poems do not have to rhyme; they just need to be written. Poems can rhyme, they can have rhythm, but I have yet to see a horrible poem that has been written. Most of the people that write poems write it to reflect how horrible life has been to them, or how well life has been to them or life in general, it really doesn't matter. I don't think any of my poems are ready to publish or even try to get in a poetry contest, but once heard some one say with practice comes perfection.
