Traitors of Amir Chronicles Book 1: The Amirian Maid
February 3rd, '07, Added Chapter Fourteen four days ago. Not very pleased with it, made Edith too emo, and I'm considering scratching Jazrien out of the picture. At least for this book, I might work on him a little. I think I will make Throar Lyra's tutor, I'd really like to expound upon his character and make the dragons in my story less clichèd. There is nothing I despise more than dragons that are dumb 'mystical' beasts, who only have anything to say when it aids the MC get closer to the 'ooober-face-off ' with the 'eeeeveeel villain(ess).' Anyway, I need to work on my Draconic Liaison skills. Also, I'm skirting extremely close to making Lyra a 'fiesty grrl' Mary-Sue; so I need to give her one major screw-up soon. More to come.
