Updates:
20th November:- Uploaded "Safe Amongst the Lies", which was the first poem I've ever written on a phone. Whilst in the Great Hall. During a Drama competition... My priorities are messed up, eh?
26th October:- Uploaded "World of Dreams" and "Release". "WoD" was written a couple of weeks ago for a friend, at a request, and "Release" was written about half an hour ago... (whilst playing Solitaire). Who says you can't multitask when writing poetry.
14th August:- Name change from "Dariston" to "Dahrilon". I really need get back to updating, eh? I have admittedly been busy with exams and two new webcomics, but it's not real excuse... Bah!

Me:
Reason can answer questions, but imagination has to ask them - Ralph Gerard. That is probably the quote that can define me in some way or another. My logic makes me do the things I do, whilst my creativity reflects upon it later. They are reversed, and probably have no link to that quote whatsoever, but both play a big part in what work I've uploaded here.
A lot of my work is either based upon my feelings or the influences of those around me. Rarely, I get some inspiration from other music/films/poems etc but I see this as plagiarism and mostly write them before deleting them. I am also a perfectionist, so any points about my grammar, spelling and such will be taken into account and altered as necessary.
Sometimes you may get an e-mail from me in reply to a review. This is usually only if I have an urge to answer any questions you may pose about the piece and it's the only controlled way of answering them. Of course, that wouldn't work if the review has no e-mail... Pretty obvious, eh?
As one last final note, before I direct you to my sad, internet geek webpage, I'd like to point out some of my "rules" of FictionPress. All reviews will be read; all reviewers will be looked at; most reviewers will be reviewed by myself; all reviews will be taken into account. Those are pretty simple, but sometime I wonder how many people disregard the politeness that the unwritten rules revolve around.

Story/Poems Information:
My essays (Creative Writing Entries and other Essays) were done for my GCSE English lessons a couple of years ago now and I decided to upload them for reference for others. I found it useful to look at others essays about the same subject as mine, despite being on different topics, as I still found some material that proved helpful.
"Dahrilon" is my ongoing novel project... I'm completely rewriting it at the moment so that is why most of the chapters have been removed. I hope to repost it bit by bit, to a much better quality for very harsh yet constructive criticism. Every bit so far is planned in my mind, as I come up with new plot twists and adaptations everyday, so suggestions may be taken into account for the plot, but it is unlikely. Someone who isn't afraid to sugar the pill would be a great help to me whilst I write this and I will gladly return any favours you may ask.
"Drop the Facade" was deleted for various reasons, and it's been completely forgotten. Not on any computer, in any recycle bin, the paper I printed it off on is ripped up etc. Don't think that really affects anyone, but just to let you know.
