Kantenseter seeing as that was my pen name for a while. But I got married, hence the change to L. Sherman. Bare with me. Beyond that, I am a hopeless, if cynical, romantic and I wish that happy endings would come with less painful strings attached. I also believe in the 3x Rule and that the Soul carries the burden of a Karmic Weight; the choices we make will affect us always. That said, we are Puppets of Fate and while God's inherent gift of Free Will allows us to make base decisions, our Karma will lead us, mindlessly, down one of the two paths Fate has long-since mapped out for us. And yes, I see Fate and Karma as two separate things. Fate is the overall end result, Karma is the two-fold path there. Basically, our lives are all giant 'Choose Your Own Adventure' stories. The ends are already written and well-defined. We just have some say in how we get there. Just remember, no one comes out of Life alive. And, Puppets of Fate or not, enjoy the freedoms you do have, while you have them. There is only one prospect worse than being chained to an intolerable existence: The nightmare of a botched attempt to end it.
