Stories:
Completed:
• "The 'Feel Good' Revolution:" 33/33 Chapters; Theme: Crime, mental health; Rating: M
This is the original "Angra Mainyu." The writing style is choppy and mysterious, and my writing since has greatly improved. (This is 2005/2006 stuff) I'm going keep it for memory and for reference until I finish Angra Mainyu. To summarize it, I would say it is about a nineteen-year-old criminal (Jeremiah St. Pierre) who is in search of redemption and truth.
• Various Drabbles: "Questions Without Answers," "9:00 AM, Past the Line of Heaven and Earth," "Adventure," "Girl and Boy," "Stupid Sorrow," "Generalized Anxiety Disorder," "We're On Top of the World, You and I," and "Departure." Almost all of my drabbles are based on my personal life and problems.
Incomplete/WIPs:
• "Angra Mainyu:" 7/33 Chapters; Theme: Crime, mental health; Rating: M
This story is a re-write of "The 'Feel Good' Revolution." It's about the same thing, but the writing has vastly improved. It's much easier to understand what's going on, and the characters are more relatable. I recommend reading this one over the other.
• "Devil in the Details:" 16/25 Chapters; Theme: Relationships, mental health; Rating: M
Jeremiah's (of T'FG'R and Angra Mainyu) childhood in Summerhaven, Arizona. His mother, Illiana, is a strict and short-tempered Catholic nun and his father, Luke, is a drug-addicted war veteran who is pursuing a world wide spread of Communism with his best friend, Julian. The main event of the story, is the relationship Jeremiah develops with his babysitter, Illiana's co-worker, Father Marilyn Sandlewood. (Note: Borderline NC-17 material at times, very explicit "shouta" content)
• "Cancer:" 4/? Chapters; Theme: Mental health, relationships; Rating: M
Emanuel St. Pierre, son of acclaimed murderer 'Obscurity,' is ailed with Leukemia from birth. At age fifteen, he feels his grip on his sanity loosening with the meeting of his father's rapist and his nephew. Emanuel soon learns he is much more like his late father than he would like to believe...
• "Genesis of the Devil:" 1/? Chapters; Theme: Relationships, mental health, religion; Rating: M
After being released from jail, Marilyn pairs up with his long time friend Ivan "the Terrible" and begins the darkest chapter of his life - like you thought it could get any darker!
• "Devastator:" 14/28? Chapters; Theme: Relationships, drugs; Rating: M
The infamous thrash band Mass Murder takes a turn for the worse in popularity. Conniving lead singer Lukas Leroy and his brother Klaus have a plan... They take in Mamie Van Alstyne, a poor prostitute living in bad conditions, and she comes to meet the eccentric band members and discover their varying unexpected pasts.
• "A Metaphor For Oliver King's Somnipathy:" 4/? Chapters; Theme: Relationships, drugs; Rating: M
Oliver King, a snarky, sarcastic, and violent computer programmer and drug dealer by night, meets his guardian angel (in the form of a white fox) in a dark alleyway, with no knowledge of who she really is.
