Author has written 47 stories for General, Life, Love, Haiku, and Fantasy. Even though I am only 17, I feel as though I have been through almost as much as any adult. I don't think that the way you can be creative is only as much as how long you have lived. Teens and children hurt, love, cry, and experience just as much emotionally as any adult, and writing is a creative outlet on which no one should be judged. My poetry is mostly about the experiences I have gone through, or ones I wish to go through. I'm not quite as developed as I would like to be, but we all have to start somewhere if we want to get anywhere in this world. I don't expect people to like what I write. I have gone through many friends who never cared what I though and I didn't upload to get my stuff online and rated or reviewed, and I don't plan on becoming famous for said writings. I just want to describe feelings people can identify with. Living in Ohio has, I think, stunted my writing growth. In this state there isn't much to do, experience, or live in the moment for. When I graduate high school I would like to live in London or Paris and continue my writings there, along with pursuing my passion for design. I feel that one can express themselves through clothes the same they can through a story or a painting, and what you wear really does say a lot about you or your personality. I want to help channel those feeling and beliefs through the designs of my clothing. You don't have to love what I write, you don't have to agree with it, but you should try to understand it. | |||||||
