I
write mostly flash fiction--meaning, flash fiction is the only thing I
can manage to finish--which is a genre where the story is from 250-750
words, excluding anything that's not part of the story, of course, and
has varying characteristics. Such as a story about rocks, but the rocks
are attributed human characteristics. Or twist endings. Lots of other
stuff.
I also have a new story that is most definitely not flash fiction. In fact, I have rather ambitious plans for it. We'll see what happens. It's called Mirror of Echoes;
the opening premise is that a castle has a rather vicious ghost
problem. Said castle hires a shaman of the East to take care of it. The
shaman of the East comes, but a lot more shit hits the fan than just
the ghost.
