The Chronicle of Dira has started, but please don't start on that until you read The Defenders, or half the stuff in TCOD will not make any sense!
EDIT: Gah, got trounced by the "i before e" rule, and that's easily the easiest rule to remember. I'm working on fixing it, just don't pay it any mind.
The Defenders is complete, please read and review if you get the chance.
Pierce Alexander is, by my definition, a cool name. I like to use it as my pen name, and the name of the main character of The Defenders mainly because it seems to have a strong yet intelligent undertone to it, and leads one to believe that the person behind the keyboard is an intellectual, and not just some angst ridden teenager willing to pump out their anime influenced, overly sappy stories at the rate at which rabbits reproduce. I am a 17 year old lad living in the beautiful part of the southeastern United States. I'm Scotch-Irish, but only in geneology, I sound like the typical southerner, and would like to put the belief that all southerners are NASCAR loving, beer-abusing rednecks to rest. If I were to describe my hobbies in words, I would call myself an "Airsoft crazed, caffiene absorbing, video-gaming, joy-reader." My friend Hux and I usually hang out on the weekends and play World of Warcraft together, so that inhibits my ability to type up and post my new chapters to you readers (currently few in number, it'll change!), but more or less, I want to try to produce something that will leave you thinking, something that will entertain you while making you seriously consider the universal human condition, something that will make you identify with every character that you come across, no matter how unimportant. I'm Pierce Alexander, and I'm an author.
