I am me. I am a teen, been writing for a long time, been offered a place at a top writing school, though I didn't go. I have high marks only in English and have self-published four books. I look forward to reading almost everything, and my two greatest influences/heroes in my life are one, my friend's mother, a published author herself, Gale Macaulay-Newcombe and the second, my grade 11 english/studies in Lit. Teacher, Mr. Wood, who terrifies me and anyone else beyond belief.
I love movies and books, but that's what a writer is all about. I can't watch regular TV for longer than an hour, but I have watched all the Stargate Sg-1 and Atlantis episodes, Star Trek, TOS, TNG, DS9, voyager, enterprise, and Andromeda, and naturally the childrens shows I used to watch when I was little, to many to name.
I have a thing for classic literature, Dracula, the Odessey, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, Robin Hood, Treasure Island etc. I also love the Chronicles of Narnia, LOTR (who doesn't?) Potter (occasionally) the Other Boleyn Girl, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and the other four parts of the Trilogy and other such novels. Movies are awesome, I love Star Wars, Finding Nemo, Meet the Robinsons, Elizabeth, POTC to name a few. I have suddenly gotten into the musicals, Rent, Across the Universe, Hairspray and so forth
I like almost everything, although people without hearts I really can't stand to listen to. And please, if you didn't like a story of mine, make the review constructive, tell me why you didn't like it and whatnot, don't waste my time with a 'i hate it' review. 0 sigh 0 you and I know you're better than that. Now that I've done babbling about myself...
Stories that I am working on at the moment;
Lerien'yth Part four of Five: The Lost Prince continuation of the last three. Cara now has to lead the fight agaisnt Baldassare to save the islands then make her way back to Ytheron to face her greatest challange. Sanna. Completed.
Lerien'yth Part Five of Five: The Lay of Kip final chapter in the Lerien'yth series. Cara, Kade and Ariella are formally apart of Baldassare's court, they have entertain his every wish and still find the great Master Copy of Cara's novel. In the meantime Cara sends Kip, BlackFox and Standing Feather to retreve the mysterious Whiifrow, who only communicated telepathically with Kip. In this last part of Cara's great adventure, can she manage to keep the promise to herself, find her way back home and save the characters that she loves?
Jordyn and Taner This story doesn't have a title yet, so the main characters names are put in for now, either way I'm writing this story with my best friend (and twin sister) Monica Griffin. Jordyn and Taner, are born to save thier world from Global Warming, they are in a world similar to our own, but not the same. They have to run against time, which they are slowly losing, be ahead of those trying to kill them and save everything before time runs out and they disappear, and the world succumbs to the terrible thundersnow storm that will mean the end.
Dzit’qun: The Har-Bringer: Lepz is an unusual drow, repulsed by killing, and hating the nature in which his society lives. He is banished and chased by his people until he is saved by a girl by the name of Arana. This is the story of the Dzit’qun, or at least, what Lepz has to do with it.
If you review a story of mine and wish me to take a look at one of your own, please let me know, sometimes more than once, and I will review to help to the best of my ability. But remember, no matter who reviews and tells you how to adjust your story, you are still the writer. This goes with all of my reviews, you don't like it, you don't have to do what I suggest, it is just a suggestion after all.
