I'm 16.

I reside in Illinois, USA.

Mostly I write manga adventure stories, but I would like to write in different genres where the world is more developed. Lian Hearn and Yuichi Kumakura are my biggest influences. Music references are abound in my writing, as I am a music lover and hope to make it as a musician someday (I play guitar and drums and write songs. Miyashima Legends has been my main story for awhile, but I will most likely update Myth just as frequently.

Characters of Miyashima Legends:

I realize that my story can be confusing at times, so I'll explain the characters a bit.

Hirota Miyashima

Age: 16

Grew up in an orphanage with Sakura. His father placed the Miyashima Orb in his hand as a young child, and as a result, he can use the Overdriver move. He wields his father's sword, and is looking to defeat Midnight Ray. He also is currently in possession of the Fire and Dark Orbs. He is usually a kind, generous person. Though if his friends are threatened, he becomes more aggresive and short tempered.

Sakura Takeru

Age: 16

Grew up in the same orphanage as Hirota. She and Hirota are best friends, and have been for ten years. She is very headstrong, and is shy around people that she doesn't know. She was recently taught by Hirota and Masayori on how to fight, and she possesses hidden skills in hand to hand fighting.

Yu Argisire

Age: 18

A Yara from a small town in the Terra Kingdom. His brother, Lon, was killed by Midnight Ray, and he wants revenge. He joins Hirota so that he can avenge his brother. Because he is a Yara, he has the natural ability to locate similar objects to what he touches. Roque is his best friend.

Roque (unknown last name)

Age: 18

A Docile from the same town as Yu. He grew up with Yu, and the two are close friends. He and Yu were exiled to Earth by Midnight Ray, and they joined up with Hirota. His natural ability as a Docile is shapeshifting. He can disguise himself as someone else just by thinking of an appearance, and can disguise others as well through physical contact.

Masayori (unknown last name)

Age: Unknown (appears to be in late sixties, early seventies)

An elderly man who was friends with Kai Miyashima, Hirota's father. He had a career in coaching boxers long ago, so he knows quite a bit about fighting. He also knows much about the orbs.

Isaac (unknown last name)

Age: Unknown

A mysterious man who knows much about the orbs, and wants to kill Midnight Ray. He goes to extremes to accomplish his goals.

Midnight Ray (also known as Terra)

Age: Unknown

Ruler of the Terra Kingdom, the monster's world. He has a highly short temper, and possesses many orbs. He was defeated by Kai Miyshima nearly twenty years ago, and initially wanted revenge. His focus has shifted towards Hirota, and the two are destined to meet in battle. Gorn is his right hand man.

Gorn

Age: Unknown (Most likely 26)

Midnight Ray's right hand man. He attacked Hirota at the orphanage, and later at the hotel that Hirota was staying at, coming close to killing him each time. He possesses the Death Orb.

Meyrin Miyashima

Age: 29 (at time of death)

Hirota's mother. She was highly protective of Hirota, defending him to the very end. She possessed high levels of martial arts skills. She had assisted Kai somehow in his fight with Midnight Ray. Meyrin was killed by Midnight Ray out of frustration ten years before the start of the story.

Kai Miyashima

Age: Unknown

Hirota's father. He is possibly deceased, and hasn't been seen in ten years. He defeated Midnight Ray in battle years ago. He used to wield the orbs, until he gave up his abilities and relinquished the orbs. In the battle between him and Midnight Ray, he destroyed the bridge between Earth and the Terra Kingdom.

Dante:

Age: 26

An ex-soldier of Midnight Ray's army. An accomplished hacker, he has used his techopathy skills to rebel against Midnight Ray. Dante is a Yara, and one who is determined to get the word out that Midnight Ray isn't what he seems. He also used to be close friends with both Gorn and Mitzal.

Harin:

Age: 14

Another Yara, Harin is Dante's friend and apprentice of sorts. He looks up to Dante, and more recently, Isaac.

Mitzal:

Age: Unknown

An old friend of Dante and Gorn's. He apparently commited a treasonous act to support Dante, and was thrown in jail as a result. Not much else is known about him.

Katrina:

Age: Unkown (most likely late 30s)

An ally of Isaac who seems to be involved with an organization known as 'Fourace.' She assisted Isaac when he was ill. Her relationship with Isaac is unknown, but it appears to be a close one.
