Author has written 40 stories for Life, Biography, Love, Fantasy, Humor, and Song. My name is Jeremy-Koai, but I'd prefer not to be called that.. you can call me Jerry, Jer, or Koai--whichever suits you, so long as you don't say my full name.. Since I've been asked this question a few times, I'll say it--as far as I'm aware, all of my poems are based on actual events.. not all of them have necessarily happened to me, but 99.9 of them have. After such a long time of being on hiatus, I've finally returned. Where have I been all this time? I guess that's really not your business--but I care (dare) to tell you.. The last several months have been like a rollercoaster--I've had ups, I've had downs, I've had turn-arounds.. I've suffered losses, experienced new--some being very positive things--and unexpected things, and during that entire time period, I've written absolutely nothing.. hopefully I'll get some new stuff up, and old (and maybe new) reviewers can see if they like it. If not, oh, well.. I actually don't care. I think I had a desire for reviews in the past due to my desire for approval.. if I get a review in the next (insert time space here) or so, it'll be a blessing.. so.. enough of my mindless talk.. I want to thank the people that reviewed my poems.. I know it sounds as though I'm accepting some.. Academy Award or something like that, but.. truly, I thank you, because you are the people who have made me want to continue posting my work on this website, despite the fact that I've always doubted any glimmer of talent that I might possibly have pertaining to poetry.. On that note, I still think I lack any talent in this area--unlike the several reviewers I have had whose poetry is bright and beautiful enough to light up the stars. | |||||||
