Apologies for not updating recently, as you can imagine, there are a lot of different ways that the next chapter could go and I'm really struggling with this one. I'm in Mexico right now and actually ran into a pretty sticky situation a few days ago when walking in the middle of the night by myself (yes, as a 21 year old female in a foreign country, I know thats a bad idea. But I teach self-defense classes and I figured I can handle the majority of what comes my way). Anyway, the creepy man trying to solicit me in the middle of the street brought me back to this story and hopefully I can finish it soon. The creep wanted my name, phone number, where I lived, etc. and when I wouldn't give it to him and began walking away, he followed me for over 30 minutes until I got to the gate at the university I'm studying and a guard let me in and I was able to call a secure taxi. While I was walking away, he was calling me "queen" and "goddess" and overall, just being superiorly creepy! ESH!! Being escorted out by two armed guards to a little green taxi wasn't exactly what I was expecting when I went out to go buy some chips. But hey, now I'm back... I think.
