My name is Patrick Dion and I'm 19 years old. I live in Canada, in the city of Timmins, I lived here all my life and I plan on maybe moving out. I just finished high school, I am now a full time College student at Northern College inmy home town. I'm French as well as English and maybe in the future I will grace this page with a few French poems. I try to write about everything but I put most of my energies into poems about life. I read and can never get enough of it. My music is my life, I can't live without my Heavy Metal. I'm a Maggot, and no I don't wish to explain it, it’s a music thing, you have the internet look it up! (if you are really going to look for it try a 'Slipknot' site and try and find a good explanation for it, or just email me I'll explain.) My favorite authors is Sara Douglass, Sarah Ash, Raymond E. Feist and Edo Van Belkom. I love history, especially ancient and medieval history. I love studding the great Wars also. I have a strange obsession with gore and blood, I like tattoos and piercing, I find them very attractive. I believe in fate and that shit happens and that shit happens for a reason. My view on Life is a strange thing to consider and it repeats in many of my poems and I have many views with hates/loves for the way life works. Love is my life and it controls every waking moment so dose my music, my books, my movies and games. That's right I'm a Gamer/Writier/Poet/Book-Worm/Lover/Metal-Head/Historien/Movie-Geek, and I can't be any happier. My favorite poem is In Flanders Field by Lieut.-Col. John McCrae. Written on May 3rd 1915. I would like to thank everyone that reviewed my work. When someone puts a review to one of my poem it makes my day so much better. I can't thank you all enough for the reviews. I believe that everything is possible, that everyone has a choice to make, that we must stand and fight for what we think is right and let no one else tell us otherwise. I truly believe that life can only happen once, that we only have one chance to make it right. Be true to yourself and let nothing or anyone stop you. I am in love with the movies 300, Transformers (YEAH!!!), Sin City, Lucky Number Slevin, Spider-man 1, 2 and 3, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, The Punisher and my favorite documentary is Metal: A Head Bangers Journey.
