You can call me Sam.
I'm an aspiring filmmaker.
And I don't say much other than what needs to be said.
COMMENTARY:
I Like Your Shoes
This is a story about a girl named Angel, her gaurdian angel boyfriend, Jay, a few pairs of rediculously awesome shoes and their wayward adventures. Often claimed by the author as "The Stupidest Story I've Ever Written," it caters to the child in us all that is just begging to fight crime in brightly colored tights or fly like a bird using only party balloons.
Marionette
I don't know when this will be done... I asked my friend to write a movie with me. He said that we should each write something and then combine them together. So I stayed up until 5 in the morning, and that's what happened.
Poor Richard (another 3 am)
This story is a story written by Poor Richard about Poor Richard writing a story about Cal Benet. It's a tangled web of themes and ideas that will often occur with writer's block.
Without Breaking It
This poem was born out of a very long writers block. I don't have the same feelings as I did when I wrote it, but the message is universal enough for me to still like it.
Violent Playground
Probably the longest piece out of my work. It has two forthcoming sequels, Across the Universe and Dream a New Dream, but I don't know when I'll get around to writing them.
Butterfly
Written on a whim. It's about making something out of yourself.
Symphony Suite Light
I started writing this my freshman year in highschool to try and make sense of my less than perfect life. It didn't work.
Two Dead Sparrows
This whole thing was written in two days. I was rather proud of it when I finished it. I'm still pretty happy with it. It's my second short story ever written.
FORTH COMING:
Across The Universe
Sequel to Violent Playground. This takes from the point of veiw of Criss and features Joey only through his letters to his beloved adopted brother. It is through his letters we follow Joey on his Nebraskan journey.
