I figured it's time to update my profile. :P As of now it's 12/29/07.

I'm going to give a description for each main character of Breaking The Mirror, cause I feel like it.

Jayden Norse: The most adorable thing on the face of the planet. Seriously, he's got so much crap going on and he's such a strong person. It's weird to write him, because we're practically nothing alike, so I frequently reread my chapters after I've written them and am all...Aw, Jay, you're so cute, even though, y'know I wrote it. Sorta weird, but yeah. He's in love with Seaton Black hopelessly, and he's very obediant. Like a very cute dog.

Seaton Black: The character that just makes you swoon. He's an ex-cop with a mysterious past and the same taste in father's as Jay. He wasn't abused, in fact he was spoiled, but made some mistakes in his teens that cost him greatly. He's snarky and cares, but he won't tell you that. He's got the whole 'tall, dark and handsome' thing going on. He both hates and likes Jayden's personality, finds him interesting...among other things. ;)

Anthony Spencer: A nice, but very nosy and overbearing teacher. Jayden reminds him of his son, who he adopted, and was abused as well. His son and wife died in a house fire, and he redid their home in the exact way his wife always had it. Because of Jay's similarities to his son, he's very protective of Jayden to the point of being nearly annoying. His and Seaton clash. He's sometimes very goofy, too.

Linda: A bubbly lipstick lesbian that's cute and fiery, and somewhat the very opposite of Jayden. Seaton likes her spunk. She was raised in a normal home, with caring parents and three brothers. She's nice enough, if a little over the top sometimes, but having both her and Jay even things out.

Suki: Linda's girlfriend. She was brought up in a traditional Japanese family, and is the only girl in a family of six, and her mother died in childbirth with her youngest brother. She's quieter that Suki and compliments Jayden's character more, and molifies Linda when she gets out of hand. She's great at math and works at Hooters to rebel against her father, who disaproves of her sexual orientation.

Corin: A rich kid, through and through. Only he also has a rather unorthodox parental relationship, but that hasn't stopped him from graduating college, making freinds easily and having casual dates with any gay man that's good looking enough. He's afraid of the dark, and claustrophobic due to the fact that his parents locked him in the closet for days at a time. He's determined to help Jayden, because he sees himself in Jayden.

Alfred Norse: Jailbird. Jayden's abusive, drunken dad. And a somewhat horrible poker player, so much so that when he ran out of things to pay Charlie with, he allowed him free access to his son. He was dreadfully in love with Elisa, Jayden's mom, and the only thing keeping him away from his alcoholic and abusive tendencies. He blamed Jayden for her death and takes it out on him for most of Jayden's childhood, but when he sobers up (which isn't often) he feels sorry for it, and sometimes throughout the story expresses it in different ways.

Charlie: Both a victim and a perp. He is a victim of Vampire Syndrom, which is when a child that had been molested grows up and molests other kids. This does not, however, excuse him for molesting Jayden from ages 6-12 and attempting to rape him at 16-years-old.

Lt. Jacobs: Has been Seaton's friend for over five years. He's a man's man with a wife and a kid on the way. He's amused by Jayden and cares for Seaton deeply, and has helped Seaton through several hard times and facilitated him in becoming a cop. His ties to Seaton are stronger than the ties to his job, and therefore he pulls several strings and breaks quite a few rules for the Black.
