Bands: I listen to waaaay too many different, equally awesome bands. However, if I had to pick a favourite, it would almost definitely be Dave Matthews Band, because I've loved them the longest.

Books: Again, waaaay too many. I read pretty much constantly. A few main favourites, though, would have to be "Pride & Prejudice", "Jane Eyre", Kim Harrison's "The Hollows" series, and the various Star Trek novels I've picked up from our local used book store. My tastes are pretty varied, what can I say?

Authors: Again, the problem of quantity. We've got Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Kim Harrison, Holly Black, Jane Austen... But most of all, Eoin Colfer, because he was literally the reason I started writing for fun, after I read one of his interviews.

So, I'm Soleil... And I'm really not the best at writing about myself. I'm still in highschool, but I'm graduating this year. However, this means that with all the homework and scholarship things I have to fill out, I'm really not getting much time to write for fun. Well, there's that, but also the fact that I'm really great at perfecting the first chapter of a story that I have no intention of finishing. I've got a few projects on the go, but they all seem to be fanfiction these days. So, you can look for updates on my fanfiction account, if you're really bored.

So yeah, I'm totally not dead. If you, for whatever reason, are curious about me, I got one of those fancy formspring thingers, so you can ask me questions and/or hurl abuse. 'Course, I'd appreciate it if you went easy on the abuse. Feel free to go crazy with the guilt trips, though.
