Author has written 8 stories for Fantasy, and Sci-Fi.

I'm Yinzhe and I am currently a High School Senior. I've been a fan of Science Fiction since my youth and I particularly enjoy Hard Sci-Fi. I started writing Hard Sci-Fi storeis recently new to the field so feel free to critique my work.

Current Project:

I've been trying to do a story on a Lunar SETI program for a long time. The moon is a far better place than the Earth for astronomy and "alien hunting" due to its lack of atmosphere. So far the story is centered around a computer malfunction. Although I just finished the first 7 paragraphs I think I've got a great ending for the story.

The SETI story is a bit harder than I thought it would be. Can't seem to get the characters right. I guess I'll practice with a few more SCI-FI shorts before I'll complete this ambitious project.

I'm thinking about a doing a Loch Ness story next. I'll try and combine several unoriginal ideas to create something that is uniquely mine. It'll probably be great practice for character development, my major weakness right now.

I've got a great project to work on during the summer- The Jovian Chronicles. Its going to be my first true novel and I've got plenty of research to do before I can even start writing. Here are some books on my mind:

books on Jupiter and its moons

futuristic propulsion

past space explorations

political history

military history

historical personages
