Author has written 5 stories for General, and General. My name is Monica Lee. I'm a senior in high school, and just recently turned eighteen. I am Chinese and proud of my herritage, though my smatterings of Mandarin and penchant for potstickers are unlikely to impress anyone. I am currently living in the East Bay area, although I still consider myself a true blue New Yorker. My favorite movies are Forrest Gump, The Shawshank Redemption, 12 Monkeys, & American Beauty. I mostly write maudlin poetry and very short, descriptive prose, since I lack the willpower to write a longer story. Hopefully that will change if I keep writing. Feedback of any sort would be greatly appreciated. It is good to know that people have read by stuff, and honest hatred can be very refreshing.(This is me trying to sound angsty and artistic and darkly humorous.
