Howdy Ya'll. My name is Amber, and I love to write. My poems are usually about life, or random events. Anything that inspires me. Usually I right poems when I'm mad or upset, or just plain being chewed out at home. So they can be a little sad sometimes.
I have 3 stories up right now...if I remember right....Trial and Error was my first story, then the sequal to that was Children of Suburbia which mostly incorporates some friends of mine that will remain nameless-until you read the story.
The story I'm working on now is called Shenanigans, and it was a random inspiration type thing that I started a while ago. I'm having troubles adding chapters right now. So it's slow moving.
I would start a new story but I'm scared I'll never finish Shenanigans. So sadly I will be bringing Shenanigans to and end, and try to think up a good story line for my next story. Usually I just start a story and wing it, but I think It would be best for me to actually plan out my next story so I don't run into a writer's block again.
I never realised how bad a writer's block is. I'm even having troubles being creative in my Art class, which is usually my favorite class and the one I do well in. I realised this when we started a free form sculpture and I could not bring myself to make this angel I sketched out for my grandma. (She collect angels)
I have to get inspiration from everyday life basically. For the art project I'm going to make a cell phoneholder with a hole for the cord to charge the phone. I thought of this when mom's cell fell off the shelf while charging.
So I just need little hints at school and at home to get me writing again. And I'm still waiting for those hints. I've been doing alot of volleyball running, and track just started so I've been too busy to pick up on inspiration.
But I'm trying my best and I hope to get some more chapters up soon. And now that I've babbled on forever, and since nobody actually read this, I will let you look at my cool rock on hand below and start to read my stories.
