Author has written 7 stories for Fantasy.

As much as I love deviantART, Fictionpress is still hands down the best and easiest way to post stories.

Now I admit I haven't been treating my FP account very nicely these past few months. Most everything here is on "hiatus" (aka "slightly dead"). Except Sihulsamor! so that's what we'll talk about.

Sihulsamor! is mainly the story of this boy named Linta who is caught between two loves:
1. the glamorous, consumerist city of Sihulsamor, as exemplified by the beautiful and bitchy Prince Ymitra, and
2. the world of wizardry and responsibility, which is represented by Rahos, who happens to be the requisite Dark Lord, and also happens to be Linta's father.

Of course, it isn't really as simple as choosing between one or the other, because there are also those small matters of family misunderstandings, magical mayhem, jealous lovers, a really quite messed-up sexuality, and six very power-hungry (and fashionable!) boys who would stop at nothing to kick Linta back into the mud where he belongs.

Will Linta make the right choice? Will he succumb to the machinations of his rivals? Will he ever find anything to wear that hasn't already been done to death?

Sihulsamor! is at turns tongue-in-cheek and allegorical, shallow and philosophical, cynical and naive, blasphemous and reverent. It's not afraid to plunge into the deepest pits of Mary-Sueism and cliche, because it can see the light on the other side.

Uh. Well. I hope it's like that, anyway. El-oh-el.

Anyway. In case you're a stranger who is totally new to the unreadable abomination that is Quavilit, let me do the usual intro. Hi! I'm Quavi! 20! Female! Philippines! Great to meet you. I have more info over in my private LJ's profile and over at my dA, in case you want to know more. I'm a fan of stalking myself, so feel free to note me something (even if it's just a simple "Hi. I read your new story.") and you can bet I'll spend at least a few minutes trying to learn more about you. I like knowing who reads my stuff, and I love finding like-minded people who write strange and interesting things.
