November 20th, 2008 (A Thursday)- I haven't really felt like updating this profile lately because I'm silly like that. But I have added some new poetry that you should ALL review or at VERY LEAST read (and then of course review because and I love you and you love me and we can all chase Barney up a tree.) I think I also added a bit of a story that's kind of turning out to be a hated one-shot (hated because there are no reviews and the 'stats' page is apparently down (is it the same for you?) so I can't tell if anyone has even LOOKED at it. (sob) So you should read and review that too if you have a spare moment. Oh yeah, I also have a quotes thing going on now. If you'd like a laugh go ahead and check that out. Kind of confusing because I suck at organizing quotes that go seperately and quotes that need a punchline. WHAT I WRITE: I write. Yes I do. I write. Do you? HAHAH I SUCK. TRENCH REVISED: The latest version of my 'Trench' story. Tells the tale of Skylar, and a parallel world (Narnia/The Golden Compass, anyone?) that is somehow linked to her existence. Inspired by a dream, and loosely based on real life events (not the parallel world part). (Rated 13+ or Teen for violence, minor language, and some minor sexuality.) TEMPORARILY POSTPONED (haha do you like that phrase?) INSTANTATIONISM (etc...): An amazing story I co-wrote with several amazing people I met randomly at a tag-board- Walker Evans, Vanya Calaelen, and Adelaide. They gave me permisson to use the basic plot of the role-play we created to write a story. Told from the point of view of a vampire, 'Instantationism' describes the life of Taaja Hart. When she is bound into the service of a human who turns out to be a thief, her loyalties and views of life are severly tested. (Rated Teen for some violence, language, and some sexuality in later chapters.) THE FALLEN REALM: The first installation of a series of trilogies I wrote with a friend a few years ago. It follows the story of Serren and Ladelia, two misfits cast from their original homes and thrown into a series of events that will change the entire world of Maiachar. It's a bit hard to explain. You'll just have to read. :) (Rated T for occasional violence and slight language.) Katey's Angel Of Death: A short story I wrote for English last year. Kind of vague and crappy-ish, but it got me an A, so I'm not complaining. Tells of a killer who turns out to have a weakness for the person he is supposed to kill... I thought about continuing it, but I haven't had the inspiration yet. (Rated teen for some refrences to violence.) (Descriptions of my poetry yet to come.) Bout me... I prefer dark chocolate to milk chocolate. Speaking of milk, I HATE cow/goat milk… (Soymilk rules all…) I was born on the border of Minnesota and North Dakota… but technically in North Dakota… I have reoccurring nightmares.
