I'm a firm believer in the FP concept of equivalent exchange. What that means is that if you review me, and I find the review thoughtful and helpful, I'll try to review you in the same manner, and I usually expect people to do the same. It's not that I won't review people unless they review me first, it's just that I feel that it's a good thing to reward those who take the time to comment on my stories with the same sort of thing. I don't EXPECT people I review to review me in return, but it would be very much appreciated.
