Here is a full summary of "Trial of the Forlorn"

The plain of Yetera has lived a thousnad years of prosperity and peace. The Aer-Tial Protectorate, the largest nation of Yetera, rules most of the lands under its General and Regent, Coruva.

One day, from the Plain of Maeos, a large group of lizard-like things called "Howlers" emerges and begins to decimate the Protectorate. Kitt, apprentice to Vekia, greatest sorceress of the era, is drafted into the military. Kitt watches the horror of the Howlers, and on his journey meets some powerful friends, but the Howlers are a presage to even more sinister events, that takes Kitt to the shadow plain of Maeos. As Kitt watches his best friend Jublis deteriorate slowly, he has to juggle the fate of the world and the fate of his friends.

Kitt will have to decide to carry the burden, or sacrifice one of them...

I'm mostly focusing on "Comforting Shade" (when im not writing on my company's new game) so Trial will likely remain untouched for a while, I prefer Shade myself, and the progress will be slow but hopefully steady. If I can stick with it I should be done by the end of 07 _ Shade has a lot more symbolism than Trial, and is a bit more...whats the right word...gothy? I dunno, but, as always and as everyone says, some feedback is always nice _
