My name is Katie, I live in Washington. I am currently in 9th grade and attending Peninsula High School (go Seahawks!) I called myself RedWriter because I have crazy, unmanageable, red curly hair. I like writing because it takes my mind off things and I can make up whatever world I want. I love to write fantasy and horror. Some of my favorite authors are: C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, J.K. Rowling,Bill Myers, E.A. Poe, Frank Peretti and various fairytales.

I am on this site so I can post my poems and stories and see what people think about them. I am really excited to be on this site. I hope I get a lot of reviews, oh, and I'm not into space stuff like my big brother. It gets on my nerves sometimes.

My favorite movies are: AVP, Jurassic Park, Disney Movies, The Ghost and Mrs. Muir, How to Marry a Millionaire, And Then There Were None (1940s), Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Hangman's Curse, Homeward Bound, Madagascar, The Relic and watching CSI.
