Aighty kiddies, I'm gonna tell you a story. Once upon a time...a story DIDN'T end happily ever after. And the author was probably me.
For those of you who wish to know: I have done a sequel to Submerged In Darkness. Shadows of Darkness is set far in the future of my immortal world, it is the only story (thus far) that comes after Submerged In Darkness. Shadows On the Wall, Die For Me Again, and Blood's Faith are set in the same world, but take place before Submerged In Darkness. Forecoming will be many other stories in this same world. As of now, all of them take place before Submerged In Darkness. Sorry, it would seem that my first book was sort of the last in the serires. How was I to know? Alex introduced me to all the immortals I know, otherwise maybe a different story would have come first.
Stati of Current Story(s): Any stories not listed here are officially finished.
Weaken the Knees: (A Fantasy Fiction involving mainly vampires) On Hiatus as dearest Calliope has deserted me (if you don't know who Calliope is then for shame. Look up the muses on wikipedia)
Shadows Of Darkness: (A collaboration betwixt myself and my best friend) Finished, in the midst of being posted upon this fair site.
Submerged In Darkness: In the course of being COMPLETELY revamped (pun intended) in order to self publish. Updates on the process of such will be posted. As of 9/2/08 I have rewritten 71 percent of the story. I could use a beta reader if anyone volunteers. Chapters would be sent via email rather than Fiction Press.
If I Were To Describe Myself In A Book (one that overlooked faults):
The young woman enters the room and the audiences' eyes are drawn to her. Her hair has been tamed as much as possible to lay straight as it flows down to her midback. At first one might think it is brown, but then you catch the flecks of gold and russet that dance through it. Her eyes, upon first inspection are a sharp hazel green, but then you notice that they are constantly flicking around the room, seeing and finding all lacking.
After time you notice how they change color with her moods, bright green for mischievious, golden for pure happiness, and emerald green for anger or suspicion. As she walks you are also forced to take in her height, she towers over most of the crowd, but mostly in the way she walks. You know she cannot be more than 5'9" or so. She is curvy for sure, but does not dress in a revealing way. Mostly, you just see the smirk that graces her mouth. High cheekbones and forehead lead you to the her full lower lip, and you hardly notice her small carved ears. A small, well formed nose sits in the middle. You likely feel that you've met Mona Lisa's sister, and they both seem to know the secret. Whatever that may be.
