It's pronounced like the letter "L," and it is French for "girl." I do not like to disclose too much about me when it comes to my writing. Knowing only snipits about an author can cause prejudice--conscious or subconcious. So forgive my lack of elaboration. I'm a big fan of Jane Austen and poets of the Romantic era. I'll break in the middle of a sentence, then come back to it later. I bring a notebook everywhere. I'll sit in one place for a long time and observe changes. I speak through my pen. I scream on a page. I'm a word warrior. Emily Dickinson said "there is no frigate like a book".
