Wow, so i never made myself a profile. Idiot.
Well I'm Kirsty, I'm 16 (nearly 17... and then only a year til 18 yay), I'm from a city girl from New Zealand, and if you wanna know anything more than that you can look at my myspace - www.myspace.com/kirstabelle.
I have an annoying habbit of taking stories far and then just getting inspiration for a new one and giving up. All my stories so far are set in NZ, because basically i love this country.
My fiction...
Long (chaptered) stories:
Moving On: on hold Basically it's about a girl who dies (Renee) and her family and friends coping, especially her brothers and sisters (Jamie, Rory, Bree, Mitch and Shannon). I kinda dug myself into a hole that i have no idea what to write next, so i'm just leaving it for a while.
The One Who Saves Me: complete I'm very proud of myself for finishing this story, and it means alot to me, especially the relationship between the twins Gemma and Scott. And i really loved writing about Matt, i took a lot of him from a friend of mine, and to anyone else who loves him (without ruining the ending for anyone who hasn't read it) I'm sorry!
Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own: in progress About triplets in their last year of high school. Basically, for some reason they hate eachother, so Mackenzie oves to a boarding school in Dunedin (my hometown, so all geographical stuff is correct - apart from the name of the school) and Siobhan moves to a school in Wellington, leaving Georgia in Christchurch. More or less its about learning lessons, both in love and life, and realising how little you really know about yourself.
One Shots:
Love Thy Parent: Very short, angsty little piece directed at my dad - pretty much non fiction.
Perfect: Just another "Dad" piece - originally Harry Potter fan fiction but i decided to just turn it into fiction.
Scars: My NCEA Level two creative writing assesment, which i achieved with Excellence, yeeeah. (And i was doing level one when i did it so very proud.) Basically a piece about alcoholism and love.
Because of You: Well, was i in a bad mood when i wrote this! It was my NCEA level one assement (achieved with excellence again), just about love and pain.
Poems:
Broken: the only poem i've ever written. Feeling very down when i wrote it.
So, thats my stories. Read 'em, review 'em... feedback is always appreciated. Itsalways nice to know someones reading what your doing... even a "good story" or "piece of crap" would suffice. Churr.
-Kirsty.
