'ello. I'm Shanra, as you might have gathered. I'm a student of English (though not an English student ;p) and thus most of my time is eaten up by such things as homework, studying and writing. Most of the pieces here are old or I want to share them with a bigger audience than on my writing journal or on Elfwood shelf.

I'm afraid reading has taken a bit of a backseat to writing, which means I'm horribly behind as it is. I do try to return comments (within reason), but you may have to wait a long while. I love criticism to pieces. Actually, it's just a healthy acceptance attitude. Without concrit one can't improve. I want to improve. Ergo, I need concrit. So few people are willing/capable of giving that, so they're treasured comments even if I don't always like what they say -~

Within reason: I won't read badly formatted texts. (If authors can't be bothered to make sure their work appears as it should, I don't see why anyone else should read it.)
If the proportion of time and effort between your comment and mine is significantly large, I won't comment.
