author last seen // 03-17-07 \ i just posted for the first time in months... i wrote evanescence last november, edited it a little in december, and finally got around to posting it now. i haven't written any poetry since then - although, then again, i guess songs count, so maybe that's a lie. &yeah... the image of sun reflecting off water is a very... poignant one, for me, i guess. it's something i've wanted to write about since last summer. and i finally did! hehe. i'm rather fond of the number 29, so it feels a little weird to have posted my thirtieth poem here. but it's cool, i guess. :) happy saint patrick's day! -transforms into a leprechaun with her magical quarter-irish powers- :D
