Author has written 3 stories for Historical, and Essay.

History has to be rewritten in every generation because although the past doesn't change the present does; each generation asks new questions of the past and finds new areas of sympathy as it relives different aspects of the experiences of its predecessors.

Welcome to my little section of the internet. (AKA thanks for clicking on my profile). If you want to know about me then I'm British and 14. Take a look at my stories. While I'm not the most frequent updater, I try my best. I would love it if you could review the

On my favourite bookshelf: The Illiad- Homer, Sophie's World- Jostein Gaardner, The God Delusion- Richard Dawkins, A Short Introduction to Philosophy -Oxford University Press

I won't be uploading any new stories on FictionPress. The only reason is that my newer stuff is much better and I tend to enter them in competitions. There are usually rules stating no previously published work, including publication on the internet, is acceptable. I will, however, try to continue the ones already here.

Update:

15th April 07: Updated profile. Tried to update Ink And Blood but FictionPress won't let me!

23rd November 06: Updated profile.

10th October 06: Updated profile to 14 years old, a week and a half after my birthday. No new chapters for a while since I'm concentrating on a story that isn't on FictionPress but is my most important.
14th September 06: Updated Ink And Blood and deleted my six chaptered, twenty four reviewed 'Blood Of The Assassin'. I unconsiously abandoned it when my muse graced me with other story ideas. I'm quite sad but I know it was wasting space.
11th August 06: Updated Ink And Blood.
21st July 06: School finished today and, to celebrate the start of the summer holidays, I've uploaded my new story, Ink And Blood, to get some opinions on it.Didn't want to wait until Chapt. 6. Deleted my first ever story on FictionPress, When The English Invaded. I saw no need for it to be there. It was very short.
4th July 06: Happy 4th July America. Exams are over so I've got no excuse for updating. However, I'm currently writing a story called 'Ink And Blood'. Now on Chapter Four and with seven/eight Word pages in each. I will upload it when I'm on at least Chapter Six, because I want a good headstart on updating. Still reading stories and reviewing at the moment:)
11th June 06: Still busy with school. Decided to delete 'Ink Formed Into Letters' because there was no real point to it.
10th June 06: Busy with school at the moment so most of stories on hold. Decided to upload my short stories in a collection called Ink Formed Into Letters.

Review Policy:

Like any writer, I love constructive criticism because it helps improve a story. However, please criticise in a kind and diplomatic way since flames will be ignored as they do nothing for the story because it's hard to continue when someone announces they hate it (or words to that affect). Praise is, of course, wonderful and gives me a happy glow inside. :)

If somebody reviews my story, I do my best to review them back. Nonetheless, there are limits as to what I'll read. Apologies if I don't review.

Stories:

Ink And Blood I'm constantly changing the summary of this story because I know they're what attracts the readers. This is the story I'd most like you to read. Basically, Ink And Blood Industries is a company that looks after English Heritage and Cadw (yes, I know it's confusing if you're not British but those are two of the main four organisations that preserve British history- there's also Historic Scotland and the National Trust).Ink And Blood Inc. have developed a way of time travel and send young, naive Mattie Hope to the 15th century. Unfortunately, the natives think she's crazy (bit of poetic licence with the witchcraft) and consorts with the devil and Mattie is forced to run from village to village. Throw in a zealous Second in Command, the pawn of the Company President, falling profits, and you have my favourite story to date! IN PROGRESS

Conspiracy : Decided to write a story about something I actually know about so this is based on the Gunpowder Plot of 1605. It's basically about why it happened ect. but it's fiction so there'll be a lot of poetic license in it. I actually dislike the Stuarts as a period of history, but I just seem to know a lot about the time... I'm also an atheist so I may need to research some more about Catholicism, although it's unlikely to come into the story much, but they're Catholic so... Anyway, r&r it please! IN PROGRESS

Common sense tells us that our existence is but a brief crack of light between two eternities of darkness. Nature expects a full grown man to accept the two black voids, fore and aft, as stolidly as he accepts the extroadinary visions in between. Imagination, the supreme delight of the immortal and the immature, should be limited. In order to enjoy life life we should not enjoy it too much. I rebel against this state of affairs.
