Author has written 6 stories for Horror, and General. Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did Gyre and gymble in the wabe... Welcome to my profile. I am an 20 year old Forensic Sciences student working my way through school and a tattoo/piercing apprenticeship. Lets see... what else to write here. I never know what parts of me are interesting enough to note in these sorts of things. Um. I like Cherry Garcia ice cream, cheese curls and anything with Ewan McGregor in it. I currently have a pierced eyebrow, labret, tongue, lip, nape and ears. I have three tattoos; a Baron Samedi skull and crossbones on my shoulder, the Rainbow Serpent from voudou mythology around my upper right arm... which, incidently, is going to be the begining of my sleeve...and the David Bowie 'Aladdin Sane' lightening bolt behind my left ear. My favorite author is Poppy Z. Brite, from her horror stuff to Ricky and G-man. (I secretly want to molest G-man, though. He's so freakishly... molestable.) I currently live in the butt-hole of the US (Baltimore, MD) where there is utterly nothing to do but get stoned and watch Futurama... Quite the change from New Orleans. I collect anything that has skulls and/or skeletons on it... Don't ask me why, because I really don't know. It started with my tattoo and then just sort of got out of hand from there. The Rolling Stones soundtracked my life, and I consider myself a bit of a badly-dressed dandy, if there is such a thing. (I adore fine clothing, but I am undeniably lazy, lol.) I share a comfortable basement appartment with seven pet rats (Momo, Beaudelaire, Tosca, Ursula, Ziggy, Boris, and Vasily) whom I suspect are plotting to take over the universe in between eating animal crackers and watching TV... Dude. I am totally rambling. Ok. Back to the profile bit. My favorite movie is Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory... the old version with Gene Wilder. (I have a hidden musical fetish... I like Chicago, too, but don't tell anyone. Shhh.) Hedwig and the Angry Inch, and Hannibal Rising come in at a close second and third. Ok... Musical influences, just in case y'all were wondering what a psycho like me listens to when I write: Bauhaus, Portishead, Louis Armstrong, Marilyn Manson, Johnny Cash, Rufus Wainwright, Concrete Blonde, Tom Lehrer, Spike Jones, NIN, Billie Holiday, Janis Joplin, Nickleback, Bongwater, Nick Cave, Tom Waits, Dir En Grey, Pink Martini, The Dandy Warhols, Massive Attack, Fleetwood Mac, King Crimson, BB King, Echo and the Bunnymen, The Cure, David Bowie, Nate King Cole, Beau Joques, The Decemberists, Rusted Root, Zap Mama, Iggy Pop, The Flaming Lips, Lynnard Skynard, Placebo, The Dresden Dolls, The Tea Party, Jimmy Buffet, Blind Melon, Ray Stevens, Sarah McLachlan, Maria Callas, Dope, The Rolling Stones, Odetta, Beth Patterson, Blue October, Bob Dylan... The list goes on. I have many and varied tastes. I guess that's it besides the obligatory RAWR MY STUFF warning... which shall go as follows: Steal my stuff, and little men with hot pokers called lawyers will crawl up your butt and generally make your day suck. So, in the interest of your inner bits, please do not repost, copy, plagerize, quote, or otherwise use my work without my permission. I am not a malicious person, really. I'm actually quite lazy, and would prefer it if you didn't make me chase you down and beat you with a stack of legal documents. Thank you. All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe. | |||||
