~Me and Myself~
Name: Sakru; not my real name, in case people don't know that by now.
Age: Anywhere between one and one-thousand.
Sex: Female; at least I think I am...
My Genres: Fantasy, Horror, Thriller, Romance, and Young Adult.
My Writing Style: While I mostly use third person I sometimes like to switch to first person; it really all depends on the story that I'm writing. I often abuse the poor commas and semi-colons and will make long sentences, but not too long of course. Most of the time when I write a longer story my chapters will be pretty short, so I will end up having a whole bunch of them in the end. One thing that isn't a writing style though is my poor grammar skills, which is the main reason for needing a beta, so if you find any mistakes please point them out to me.
Favorite Writers: Douglas Adams, George Orwell, H.P Lovecraft, Issac Asimov, James Patterson, Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchett, and Oscar Wilde.
Favorite Writing: Alice in Wonderland/Through the Looking Glass, Animal Farm, Black Jewels Trilogy, Good Omens, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Music of the Spheres, The Company, and The Godfather
~Writing~
Much of my writing deals with sensitive subjects such as homosexuality, racism, violence, suicide, bulimia, and more taboos than you can count on your fingers. I don't like pussyfooting myself around these issues, but try not to overwhelm my readers with them.
I don't like preaching my ideas to my readers, but let them make a choice in what they want to get out of my stories. Usually I know what I want to convey in my writing, but if someone gets something different out of it than I let them, because everyone sees things differently.
I love when people enjoy my writing and I try to reply to every review I get; if you leave a review with harsh critique it may take awhile for me to reply back, sometimes I am too sensitive and must calm down my feelings before replying.
Concerning flames: you may flame me if you like, but I will not reply back too you; I choose not to feed coal into the flames because I know that is what flamers want.
In summary I write for me and not for anyone else; if you choose to hate something I wrote then do that, one less reader is not going to make me stop writing.
